At Feltora Handicrafts, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. ​To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition and unused. ​

​To request a refund or exchange, please email us at help.feltora@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Please note that shipping costs for non-faulty items are the responsibility of the customer.
